Where can I park?
Please coordinate ahead of time with the business or resident you are visiting. All residential parking areas are permit-parking only. If you park in a permit-only area, you will be towed by our towing partner. Permit-only areas are clearly marked with signs at the entrance to these restricted parking areas.
Accessible Parking Spaces -- Handicap Spaces
Handicap spaces are always open to the public and not subject to the towing policy, as long as the vehicle is properly parked. Any person with a valid license plate or placard may park at any handicap space at any TMI location, no parking permit required, even if the parking lot says permit parking only. Unregistered vehicles parked more than 24 hours may be subject to towing, so please have the TMI resident you are visiting inform us if you will be staying longer than 24 hours.
Resident or Customer Parking
Beaver Brook Village in Dracut, MA - Parking for customers of businesses is available all around the property except for the Resident Permit area. Please try to park as close to the business you are patronizing as possible. Unregistered vehicles parked more than 24 hours may be towed. Parking is available 24/7 (as some of our businesses are available 24/7), but parking is for customers of businesses, not the general public. Guests of Residents may park in the general parking areas at the Beaver Brook Village, but the same policy applies--guests parked more than 24 hours are subject to towing without prior arrangement.
Residences at the Franco and Suites in the Ayer Mansion - Guest parking is available, please use the spaces labelled Visitor. Guests parked more than 24 hours may be towed. If no Visitor spaces are available, you will need to make alternative arrangements with the resident you are visiting, such as parking in a City of Lowell parking garage, or finding street parking. Be aware of Resident Only street parking signs--these locations are subject to fines and towing by the City of Lowell.
Other locations - We do not have guest or visitor parking on site due to the size of the resident parking lots. Free street parking is available at most of our other locations. Be aware of Resident Only street parking signs--these locations are subject to fines and towing by the City of Lowell.
